Been passing by Joo Hooi Cafe for numerous times, but never had the chance to give the hawker food there a try until now. And for your information, Joo Hooi Cafe is just next to the Penang Road Famous Chendul. At here, you can get Char Kway Teow, Laksa, Lor Bak and of course, the famous chendul which you could have in the coffee shop.
