Penang Food Hunt #44 @ Sri Nibong Coffee Shop, Sungai Nibong

Our main food target in Sri Nibong Coffee Shop is definitely the Koay Teow Th'ng. Apart from that, there are a variety of other local hawker delicacies available.
Yam Kueh.
Popiah. Finally got a chance to try Pennag's version. Kinda wet and soggy. Hmm~ Like Kuching's one.
Filled with MangKuang, lettuce, carrot shreds, egg. Comparing this to Kuching's popiah, this was slightly salty, probably due to the soup, whereas Kuching's one is dry, with additional sweet and crunchy peanut paste inside.
Chee Cheong Fun. Generally all Penang Chee Cheong Fun I tasted were good, but the one in Genting Cafe was the best.
Sandwich
Fried egg, Cheese and Ham for the filling!
Koay Teow Th'ng with extra crispy pork lards. Hey folks! This was the of the place! Koay Teow or flat noodles in hot tasty pork soup. I'm impressed with the perfectly cooked egg. Not overcooked, but just nice! LOVELY!!
