Why am I here at Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐? Cos it was known to serve one of the best Xiao Long Bao 小笼包! Of cos it feels awkward for 3 of us to just order a basket of Xiao Long Bao, so we selected some of their signature dishes for lunch as well.

House Special Steamed Chicken Soup to go along with the fried rice. The broth was so rich, seems like stewing for quite some time. Nice! |
