Was informed about the Handmade Duck Egg Noodles or Wonton Noodles at Chen Fa Kopitiam 晨發咖啡店, just next to the ever busy Yeow Kee Kopitiam at Premier 101 area. So what's so special about the noodles here? The tauke uses duck egg to make his springy tasty noodles. Apart from that, the wonton served was huge and meaty. You could have it dry or soupy. I must say the owner really made a lot of effort in creating his dishes. Not only serving homemade noodles and wonton, he eventually sells Chee Cheong Fun as well.
Hong Kong style Chee Cheong Fun with mix pork and shrimp (RM4-5). My personal verdict was that it was just ok la.. |
Dry noodles with Wantons in Soup (RM6 if not mistaken). |
Yummeh~~ |
Whole shrimp inside the wonton. |
I also ordered the Lo Mai Gai (RM4.50) from the Dim Sum stall in front. Tasted quite good, but kinda pricey cos the portion was not big. |
