Sin Chong Choon Cafe is a very packed coffee shop due to the famous Teh C Peng Special and Laksa. The shop is like a branch of Chong Choon Cafe in Padungan. The additional "Sin (新)" means new in Chinese. Apart from Laksa and the not-to-be-missed Teh C Peng Special, the shop also serves toasts with different flavors.
