Green Hill Corner青山角 is a place to hunt for
one of the best Beef Noodles in Kuching. Situated at the old corner shop, just
opposite Star Cineplex, the place is well-known among local Kuchingites. Apart from having noodles, there are other
local cuisines available.

Char Kway Teow (RM3.00/4.00). Although it looks simple and there wasn’t
any ingredients , but I find the dish to be quite fragrant. |
 |
Char Kueh (RM3.00). Surprisingly good too. |

So, here’s the famous Beef Noodle (RM4.00).
Spongy and chewy noodles texture with beef chunks. Small portion though. |
 |
Beef Kueh Teow Soup (RM4.50). Instead of the dry noodles,
the strong beef broth/soup version was very satisfying especially to be consumed in a cool rainy
day.

Beef / Chicken Satay (RM0.50-0.60/stick) and
Ketupat. The Beef Satay was my liking. J |
