Zheng is a local Hokkien word for pork innards soup. Noodle Descendents (麵家湯) used to be located at Bishopgate, known as Sin Min Joo, and now has moved to Padungan area. This is a very old family-running business and has been there for decades. Very famous! No Kuchingites do not know this place I guess. They have very nice noodles and Zheng, but you have to wait. The usual wait would be around 30 mins to 1 hr in weekdays. As for weekends, the crowd is even bigger, so we never try. If you have the time, do try!
