Thailand Trip Day 6

Sadly, it was our final day of our Thailand Trip. Did not do much but just hunting for new breakfast options cos we had to catch a morning flight back.
Light breakfast in the hotel.
Apart from our favorite grilled pork, Kopi Peng, I had sth new! Waffle with corns inside.
Tadaa~~
After checking in, I spotted Krispy Kreme again! Yoohoo... Nice!! Too bad it was not warm. But still, the doughnuts were soft.

Grabbed myself a cup of Green Tea Gelato from Blizzard! <3 I'm so into ice creams during my Thailand Trip.
Thailand~~ It's time to bid goodbye~ :'( Hope to see you soon!!

Thailand Trip Day 5

Shopping Day! We escaped from our tour to have a whole day of shopping spree! :P Headed early to the Fashion Gallery again to shop for cheap wholesale clothes. At the meantime, we also hunted down some hawker snacks for breakfast.
Deep-frying process on the go~
Deep-fried pork chop (10 Baht each)
Deep-fried pork belly (10 Baht each)
Came across some dim sums too! Siew Mai (1 skewer of 3 for only 10 Baht). Delicious and cheap!
Freshly made Kopi Peng. Loving it!
After the morning walk for food and clothes, we headed back to our hotel to get some rest before we went down to Siam Square for branded and local designer clothes.

MOS Burgers for lunch! Yeah!
Cheese Burger. Slurpps~~ The bun was so soft with a slightly crispy crust. The patty was not just ordinary patty, but fragrantly black-pepper marinated beef meat was used!
Pork Cutlet Burger. Yummy!! No way we can get pork burgers in Malaysia's Fast Food Restaurants. Real pork meat was deep-fried and flavored with their juicy and tasty sauce!

We came across Krispy Kreme which sells very tempting-looking donuts and so we grabbed a few of them.
We got ourselves the Original Glazed (27 Baht each), White Chocolate with Cheese and Creme Brule (35 Baht each). All tasted heavenly! Best doughnuts ever!!
Inside Siam Paragon
Colorful Tuk-tuk
Share with you the jammed scene in Bangkok City~
Look who was I with...
We also visited Mr. Jones Orphanage at Siam Center. Lots and lots of delightful cakes!

McParfait (29 Baht). So cheap! I got to choose 3 toppings for my Sundae from McDonald.
For dinner, we went back for MOS Burger again! LOL!
MOS Pork Burger!
A long day of shopping and we were too tired to walk back to our hotel with bags of clothes. So we got a ride back with Tuk-Tuk. Left our stuffs in the room and off we went for supper! Kept trying out new hawker delights in Bangkok.
Yum yum yum~~ Each skewer for 10 Baht only!
Grilled Sotong! Lovely!
Banana Cheese Roti Canai with Chocolate Sauce. The hawker stall operator happened to speak to us in Malay. LOL! Shocked~
Mango Salad (45 Baht). I asked for reduced spicy level. Hehe~

Thailand Trip Day 4

We started our 4th day with a visit to another zoo which we got to take elephant ride (500 Baht per elephant).

Shots taken with the elephant we rode! Cheese~~ :D

Done with the ride, we were taken to a souvenir shop selling Thai snacks which was on the way back from Pattaya to Bangkok.
Helu~~
Back to Bangkok, we made a visit to Safari World.
YeeHa!! :P
First performance we enjoyed : Cowboy Stunt!
Buffet Lunch before proceeding to the next show.
Dolphin Show! I love them!
Bigger dolphins. They were really well-trained!
Some animal shots I took along our path to another show.
Oopps~~ We brought another Orang Utan here from Kuching. XP
After the James Bond 007 show, in our own car, we drove around the Safari Zoo. I thought we would be taken on their Safari truck like we always see in TV. X.X
Heading back to Bangkok, we had an early hotel dinner. We took some time walking out the crowded street which we saw lots of hawkers.
Grilled Potatoes, Bananas and Yams (10 Baht per skewer). Not my liking.
Something like Apam Balik (2 Baht each). So nice! Love the thin crispy texture with sweet custard inside. So good!!
Done with dinner, we asked our tour guide to drop us at Siam Square for shopping! Shopped the whole night and we headed to our hotel in Bangkok, Citin Pratunam with Tuk-Tuk. It was very close to Baiyoke Boutique which we stayed on our first night.

Supper time!! There's a coffee shop outside of our hotel selling Kolo Mee.
Looks quite good, but I'm not going to waste my calories on Kuching food. :P
Yum Yum! We had the beef and also the chicken skewers (10 Baht each), pork chop skewer (10 Baht), Green Papaya Salad - so spicy! but tastes really good ( 45 Baht), and the big steamed purple groundnuts (20 Baht).

Thailand Trip Day 3

Waking up in Pattaya on our 3rd day, getting ready to visit Coral Island for water sports!
View of Pattaya City from our room.
Simple Hotel Breakfast as I wasn't feeling well.
Pattaya Beach - It's also where we were going to take our ride to Coral Island.

We were going to head to one of these boats to do parasailing!
Getting on-board people!
Here we are!!
Yeah!!
Aren't my slippers cute? LOL! Bought this at the zoo yesterday as I couldn't afford to wet my Birken Stock in the rain. >.<
We took another ~30mins ride from the boat to Coral Island. It was fast and bumpy cos of the waves. And the weak "me" felt irritated, experienced nausea. ZZZ~~ Lost my chance to go underwater. :'( I rested quite some time before walking around the touristy island. Beautiful place I would say.
Bright sun~~ Couldn't open my eyes.

Lots of beach apparels~
Nice hat. Too bad I already got one.
People enjoying their water activities... How I wish I can too~ :(
Beautiful coral concept restaurant
You can find lots of fresh seafood here, but kinda expensive.

Food stuffs for sale!

After Michael was done with his "Undrewater World" exploration, we rode the speed boat back to Pattaya. This time, I felt better. No more dizziness! Headed back to our hotel which was around 5 mins ride only to get ourselves cleaned and changed.

We were brought for lunch and leaving us some free time in the afternoon which gave us time to shop at Pattaya Outlet Mall. That was where I had my 1st ice cream in Thailand and it tasted awesome!! It was San Francisco Gelato Ice Cream (50 Baht), making me craving for it from time to time.

We had quite an early dinner as we were having "Ah Gua" Dance Performance in the evening.
Dinner just next to the dance show.
:P
Paying to get shots with the really-lady-looking guys! (20 Baht)
All the dances we enjoyed watching. They were performing in different cultures - Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese etc.
After the show, there were still chances to take pictures with these Ah Guas again.
Calling for customers. >.< Unable to tell their genders from their looks!
Michael really enjoyed having time with these pretty Ah Guas. ZZZ~~ I also had one shot who I think was the prettiest.
Headed back to the hotel, we went down to the street to have supper again.
The 2 cuzs.. Don look alike.. LOL!
Enjoying Gelato (50 Baht) again!! HAHA!

Mango Sticky Rice (50 Baht) from another stall next to the one we had the night before. Nice!
