This was our first try on the Curry Mee. Quite good too. As you can see, lots of ingredients were served along too. Kinda spicy thou.
In KL, this is called Hokkien Mee. But in Penang, if you order Hokkien Mee, sorry, you eill end up being served something totally different. This is called Tai Luk Mee in Penang. Fried in sweet soy sauce, the noodles were perfect in taste with the "wok-hei" aroma. Served with fried pork lard some more.
Springy tangy Wanton Noodles. Very nice!
Ok. Here comes the most awaited dish! Best Chee Cheong Fun in Penang!! Chewy freshly made rolls served with the awesome 4-flavored sauce! Can't find any place serving better than this. All my friends claimed this is the top in their lists as well!
Otak-otak. Only dish that disappointed us in Genting Cafe.
Lastly, we also got hold of the instantly made warm mochi from the uncle just outside the cafe.
Soft yet chewy and topped with lots of peanuts!
