Try the dim sum restaurant opposite the Fu Shan. :)
You will like it.
You also can try the 超全 (Chao Chuan) at Butterworth which at junction between Jalan Raja Uda and Jalan Ong Yi How.
The tua pao & char siew pao are nice.
